Opera Account Termination? (Close Option link unavailable)

Hi Team,
I want to cancel my Opera Account with unjustified delay, however the "Close Account" link from "Account" Section returns to the Terms Of Use page where there is no information on how to close one's account.
I posted a message on Facebook with no avail so far.
Does anyone have any info (I mean a contact email or form) to get a prompt answer?

If you want to delete your Opera account you can do so on your account page: https://auth.opera.com/account/edit-profile
There is a "delete your account" link at the bottom of this page, click on it and follow the instructions. -

Why can not I log in with your old name or email? If my old account was gone, why email and name taken?
I chose the "forgotten password" entered an email and clicked "password reset". Repeated three times. By e-mail did not come! (also checked on the server a special folder SPAM).Why broken occupies an email account, password recovery service why not send anything?
