The 'phyfficus' Opera account was deleted from the system over a year ago.
If you didn't request the account deletion on former MyOpera service then the account had been banned for quit some time with no request to unban it which resulted in it's deletion.
When Opera account is deleted we reserve the account username from being used again in new signups.
I'm sorry, but you can not use the same username right now, nor it's possible to recover the old deleted account.

We were switching to a more secure way of storing user passwords recently. The process took some time and might have had some side-effects.
After you changed your password again the problem should not happen again, but please, let us know if the problem recurs.

I have one question about my nickname. I registered my Opera account with nickname as Piter432 when I wanted to have enabled Opera Link in Opera 12. But now I see that first letter of my nickname is lowercase instead of uppercase. Can Opera Devs change that?

Right now all usernames are normalized and stored in lowercase. Sorry, no plans to change this for now.

If you want to delete your Opera account you can do so on your account page: https://auth.opera.com/account/edit-profile
There is a "delete your account" link at the bottom of this page, click on it and follow the instructions.

Just tell me how I am supposed to keep using other services I registered to using a myopera e-mail address, if I don't have access to it?

You can keep using the same Opera account credentials to login on other services as you have been using on MyOpera.
