Menu dropdown not available

hi iam using windows 10, iam facing an issue since 6 months only on my computer and it is working fine on other windows 10 computer and on my other XP laptop.
There are no plugins or extensions installed, iam unable to get any dropdown menu after loggin in.

I think so we need to share screen of my laptop via Teamviewer to show you the exact issue, coz iam sure you will not face such issue on your pc

How about either of the ones here, or is it just that site? As seen by the arrow, your avatar in the top right corner is a dropdown; there is also one on the square with 3 bars in it between "Opera forums" and "Overview". With a mouse if you hover either the menu should appear, while on a touchscreen tapping it should display the menu.

Thats the issue iam not getting any dropdown option, in my pc but on others pc it works fine, it even works fine on firefox, but as iam an opera fan, iam unable to use that website
i even tried disabeling Ad-blocker no success.
I would request if you can access my screen via teamviewer or something, so that you will understand the exact issue
