opera browser does not support video playback. i tried googling the issue but did not come across a working solution. I am on vintage xp and do not intend to upgrade the os.

opera Version: 30.0.1835.125

so pls offer a fix asap. Thanks

Opera does support video - but only of codecs your OS supports. And XP does not support h.264 unless you've installed some codec pack or other.

PS ... why 30? Is your XP so old you can't install 36?
