Playing Instagram video's in Tumblr not working

When I click on an Instagram video which has been posted on my Tumblr dashboard the video doesn't play.It works in Firefox and Chrome.

Version: 39.0.2256.48 - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 10 64-bit (WoW64)

Does it what when you view the site in a private window?

Does opera://media-internals/ shows something when you try to play those videos? Do you have any example?

Hmm that's odd it seems to playing today. I noticed after I posted that when I hovered my mouse over the video window "Javascript:;" showed at the bottom left of the page. So I downloaded the Java plugin. It still didn't work but since booting my computer this morning it now working. Whether Java had anything to do with it I don't know. It was a silly video anyway it was more about why it wouldn't play.
