You don't need to remove anything. Just rename the profile folder and Opera will create a new one (It's in the FAQ by the way).
Then you will be able to restore your old profile if needed. Can eat a way to understand a problem without cleaning of a profile?
This is to check if the issue is being caused by something broken in the profile folder.

If you just renamed it then your old profile should still be there.

Why?
All my expansions, bookmarks, settings, express panel was are absent in a clean profile.

Correct. Thats what a clean profile is. You can get your bookmarks back by simply copying the bookmarks file over to the clean profile. I would recommend installing the extensions from scratch though. Its quite likely one of them was the cause of the issue. Install them one at a time and test to see if the issue has returned. If it doesn't return, lucky. If it does return you will have identified the cause and removing it should fix it.

I decided not to do a clean profile. I tried to turn off expansions on the current profile. As a result I found responsible: Lazarus Form Recovery. This very useful expansion, but it is necessary to turn off it.
All thanks for the help!
