Annoying Toolbar

Opera for Android is the first browser I have found that has Word Wrap functionality on an Android phone - which I'm really happy about.
However, there is a really annoying toolbar (with Facebook, Twitter and other links) which often appears when I scroll down a page. Is there any way to eliminate it? I checked settings and could not find a way to get rid of it.
Thank you.

Tap the "O" icon on the toolbar, choose settings, then "App layout" and then choose "Phone" or "Tablet". Opera will then work like Chrome where the tool bar is hidden when you scroll down and reappears when you scroll up.

yeswap - Thanks for your response. I am using the Classic layout because it seems to be the only option that has back and forward buttons. The Opera toolbar is at the bottom of the page, which is fine.
However, the other toolbar with links to Facebook, Twitter and others often appears when I scroll down a page and sometimes stays on the screen once I stop scrolling. I'm using a Samsung Note 4 which has a reasonably large screen. Still, that toolbar takes up at least one quarter of the screen. I have no use for it and find it annoying. I am trying to find out if there is any way to get rid of that toolbar permanently....

Simple, show us a screenshot of it (port it to imgur.com or similar) otherwise it'll remain difficult to understand.
