I guess the operating system makes a big difference because I've tried everything and nothing works.

I do not use Windows, so I may be talking s***, but it may be related with h.264 support.

Hi @treego, try one of the following solutions:
- Install the "Platform Update for Windows 7
": click "Download", tick the checkbox on the left of "Windows6.1-KB2670838-x86.msu", and click "Next". You must restart your PC, after you install this update. - Install the Adobe Flash Player PPAPI plugin for Opera and Chromium (or if you have it already installed, then go to opera:plugins, and make sure it's enabled) - it should be used by default on the above website, if your OS has no native support for the H264 codec.

Important note: please make sure, that your read the "Compatibility issues..." part, before you install the update.
