Export Bookmarks to another browser?

How TO?
Can't find a link in Opera settings etc, for exporting it's/my bookmarks to another browser (Tor).
Not hot with computers.
Still...?
It's something like saving them to a file or folder to my desktop or such, isn't it?
Then uploading them onto the Tor browser, Y/N?

It must be scum of ASIO/CIA stopping me from seeing the page/window for exporting bookmarks.

There is no export bookmarks feature in Opera, you can do it using an extension.
