Opera 36 is still working fine on XP here BTW.
Today it's working, too.
But the recurrent problem has been observed. Not sure what I'm gonna do about it. -

It more likely a sign that there is something wrong with your system. Opera 36 hasn't been updated in a while, so nothing has changed on that end. XP is about as secure as a shopping cart these days and after 15 years there have been plenty of malware, viruses, browser hijackers, etc written that cause it a whole would of trouble. It is likely you have picked up something in your travels across the net.

It's probably more a sign that a OS upgrade will be soon inevitable.
Or your PC hardware is simply degrading.

Hello,
May be stupid question, but I can not install Opera on my Vista computer.
Two weeks ago I deinstalled Opera and, I hope, deleted all folders with name "Opera" on computer.
Yesterday I wanted to install it again, but setup programm did not run - neither new setup from Opera-site, nor setup from ftp://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera-winxpvista/36.0.2130.75/win/
The problem is: When I click on program file, nothing happens at all - without any message or error. What can be the reason?

The latest version of Opera 36 is actually 36.0.2130.80, which you can download here.
Try that. Use the "setup" file.

Anybody?
Does the heart bookmarking button disappear for you time to time?

Is Opera 36 gonna be updated/patched yet?
It works like a charm most of the time (let's forget about improper Chromium video rendering). However, there is a site time to time showing minor inconsistencies, like this netbynet.ru, which dips its pages' right edge into the obscure without any scrolling.
The question is, can I refer to Opera 36 (latest sec.patch) as a right browser to consider site compatibility? It's not too old at all, right? -

That site looks fine here on Opera 36, at least the home page does.
 -

This is potentially off-topic of course, but did the BSOD tell you what file (usually a driver) had apparently caused it?
