Native ad-blocker and YouTube

Hello everyone,
Regarding the native ad blocker, I did notice that it does not disable the ads in YouTube. Is this intended is an additional extension needed to exclude these ads? I'd rather not of course, seeing as Opera has its own ad blocker now, so I'm hoping it is a setting I might have missed.
Thanks!

I must say it does not happen THAT often (after a couple of video's), but I did encounter it on this video for example:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1IiizV-HK0QI've just watched it and didn't get any ads. May it depends on region or another factor?

I don't have additional extensions installed. Region I live in is the Netherlands (Europe).. don't know if that is a factor worth considering?

That seems to be the case yes, so it seems it does block ads, but apparently it does not always block it. It usually happens with the first ad video that is being played.

Have been doing a couple of test runs, but so far all the ads are being blocked. Maybe it was just a temporary issue? I will keep my eye on it for now.

And now I'm getting ads again. That is truly odd. Regarding a Red Bull and Warcraft movie trailer.
