Opera hang when trying download file or save content as...

My HDD storage have brands and folder tree but I swear it don't have rope, How come Opera can hang itself?

Leo, he provided his Opera version. Then it resembles some bug report.
Agreed that it'd be better to describe the issue in language...

Luong,

1. we need your system specifications,
2. your Opera installation type (and if you have sufficient permissions on your system),
3. then it'd be better if you tell us if it happens only on certain sites or everywhere, then what exactly happens and how - if you do something specific, trying to describe what steps you're taking.

Im disabled all extensions.
Some time change dest folder work.

steps to reproduce: save or download whatever from Internet, select dest folder -> not responding.
This bug not appear if I unchecked "Ask where to save each file before downloading" option
p/s: dude what kind of enter I should use to make a new line on this forum?

I have windows defender.
But no matter now. Im please with download to default folder option.

A simple one should work.

Nope.

It's like a new paragraph on Wikipedia usually.
But to just have a new line (make a line-break) you enter two spaces then "Enter".

when opera hang, if I wait long enough it created a tmp file on download folder. if change name and extension to file Im trying download, the tmp file is downloading file but not renamed

Do you have some almost inaccessible (very slow, corrupted or similar) drive connected? Alhough I can't clearly understand it looks like your system hangs at building drive/folder tree.
