Delay Of Text Upon Opering O36 For USAToday Web Site

When the new O36 opens this web site, there is a decided delay before the ttext displays in both graphics and text areas.

Does the same thing in Chrome and Internet Explorer. Its probably a design decision from the makers of the website, not a bug.
