Same problem here.
O 36.0.2130.32, win 10 64 bit. Practically every website takes 5 to 10 seconds to start filling the screen. Sometimes certain websites don't load at all, I have to exit and start again, then the site loads normal.

Same issue here, some pages are getting stuck with eternal loading since updated.
Interface got uggly too. This is the first time I got such a bad opera update, very disapointed.
PS : I tested the websites with Firefox and Chrome, all is fine, it only happens with opera.

Clean install fixed the problem. Seems that update broke something that was working for me before.
But adding all passwords and extensions from scratch was annoying.P.S. Why would Opera dismiss its trademark red "O" on menu button?

Its very simple to deal with this problem with several tricks. These tricks only for Windows OS.
Firstly, create opera.exe shortcut in desktop. You can easily find it in installation folder. Then right click your opera.exe shortcut and go to properties. In shortcut tab change the target location by adding --no-sandbox (for example: "C:\Program Files\Opera\38.0.2220.29\opera.exe" --no-sandbox). This could be worked in some devices or certain windows OS.
If the problem persists then you need to go to properties again and run the compatibility mode to any windows version.
Changing the compatibility mode is worked for me.
