Clean install fixed the problem. Seems that update broke something that was working for me before.
But adding all passwords and extensions from scratch was annoying.
P.S. Why would Opera dismiss its trademark red "O" on menu button?

Opera 36.0.2130.36 is not starting normally, blank "loading..." tab, if I try to go to any web page or open new tab or settings or anywhere else it is still "loading..." tab.
