Hey guys, before start talking, let me apologize for bad English.
So, ive got some problems with opera 12.17 like slow working on sites with new flash supporting like Youtube, or other things, like sites with a lot of content in it. Meanwhile, these problems cannot be noticed on new versions of browsers, like new Opera.
It is not very difficult for me to deal with it, but sometimes it become so annoying, when i need about 10-15 seconds for complete load of website.
Are there any ways to improve working for my lovely 12.17?

Almost certainly I'm afraid not.
In my experience Opera 12.17 now struggles on any site with large javascript routines, like Facebook and YouTube. It still works, but is very slow at updating pages. Sadly this will only get worse I fear until it's completely unusable on those sites.
I can put up with it as it is now, and the vast majority of the sites I visit regularly still work fine, but the clock is certainly ticking!

Opera 12.x always had issues with some javascript (Google Docs and Mail, Yahoo Mail, etc.) - that's why they dropped Presto in the first place.
Presto uses NPAPI plugins while Blink uses PPAPI - make sure Opera 12 reports that it has the latest version of Flash. Beyond that, nothing to do.

- Try to use the Scriptweeder extension to disable accessory scripts. It can improve Opera's performance on a some web-pages drastically.
- Use the built-it Opera's adblocker (urlfilter.ini) to block buttons of social networks, banners and other rubbish content.
