Spellcheck misbehaving?

Spellcheck in forms sometimes applies, even though it's disabled in settings. At least there's those red underlines, but it does not seem to be real spellchecking, but somekind of misbehaving. I'm using the latest stable 33.

Extension perhaps? If you right-click on an underlined word, what is on the menu?

This only happens occasionally. I don't think i have any extension which does this. It's really not a big deal, it just SOMETIMES underlines some filled text in forms, like Facebook login email etc, and goes away if i click mouse somewhere.

I have seen such behavior in some previous developer versions (33-34 something), in new dev (35) haven't noticed. Yet Unfortunately no clear pattern, when and where this red underline appears.
