GIF anmations not working ONLY with opera

On my webpage I added a GIF animation. It did not work but it works on my phone ( I use opera for my phone) I then tried avant, and firefox, I can see gIF animation on both of those browsers, just can't see it on my pc Opera. Any ideas so I can fix it? My page is http://3dfishworld.x10host.com

Do you mean the green fish jumping out of the water?

Works OK on my Opera.

For sure. Always check issues with all extensions disabled.

You could also deactivate Opera Turbo if still not working.
