Can i make Opera window black or gray? I don't want to be white. Please help

You can change the wallpaper, that's ChrOpera's "Theme" definition

No you cant... Its not available in Opera settings and not even in Win 10. But Microsoft will add this feature in their next big update, so it will come in the future.
But If you dont wanna wait, you can simply download this: http://uloz.to/x41duRpE/themes-rar

Extract it into your "C:\Windows\Resources\Themes" and double click on "colored.theme" file. After that, you can change your windows color however you want, but it will apply for all the windows - like it was in Win 7.
