After the format - Opera does not add attachments "drag and drop" on GMail and distorts letters

Hello,
I was format the computer, and after the installation the Opera, stopped me in GMail add attachments through the "drag and drop".
In addition, when I zooms out the image on Google Spreadsheets (Ctrl and -) the letters get very blurry. In contrast, a cell with text is active, the text is sharp. Before formatting my computer I did not have a problem with that.
Earlier, Win 8.1, now Win 10.
Any solutions?

And, what is the Win10 version? I understand it is a clean installation after reformat?

Yes, it's a clean installation.
Windows 10 Pro, x64.
I really dont know why it's don't work

No one could help because - as for me - I am unable to reproduce this issue; also I know a number of people using Win10 now (it's being rather aggressively advertised) and no one has this issue. So, I feel helpless because in order to fix an issue, it is necessary to reproduce it first.
