Problem with Smilies?

Is anyone else seeing problems with the display of the forum emoticons at the moment?
They don't seem to be being rendered properly in any of my browsers.
Sometimes they come good briefly, but go wrong again when the page is reloaded.

Yes, it must have started yesterday or recently anyway.
First it was they rendered with a frame, now they're mostly broken.
I saw it yesterday on my Opera 11 - thought it might've been an old browser issue, but now it looks the same in my hot-rod auto-super-booper auto-updating Chrome. -

Preview uses https://forums.opera.com/themes/opera/design/images/smiley.png while the broen smileys are https://d2jc9zwbrclgz3.cloudfront.net/forums/6ae283456f/themes/opera/design/images/smiley.png (here anyway, obviously Josh may have a different host).

However looking kinda weird, I can see the smilies in this thread now, with Op.11: they are framed and like --butchered*:D*

You know what? This glitch after editing: now I see the existing smilies quite right - except for that poor fellow in the UPPER OP...

That :cheers: was a bit "broken"/"complicated", but users can see the code and try truncating it though...
