      I installed Opera using English as the default language, but for some reason it uses nl.wikipedia.org as the default wikipedia search command instead of en.wikipedia.org. This is incredibly annoying. How do I change this? It doesn't seem to possible for some reason under the 'Edit search engines' section.

        Try searching here for such Google threads - there are means suggested there: there is a file in your profile folder or something, where you should manually change your local state; if it is the same issue, of course...

          Probably, I'll try that tomorrow.
          Thanks.

            In file Local State find the following lines and change the country code:

            "location":{"country":"br","country_from_server":"BR"

            It may help.

              "location":{"country":"nl","country_from_server":"NL"

              What do I change them to for British English ? en-GB? EN? GB?

                It is a country, not a language, so it wouldn't be English-anything.
