Why can not I view the cache to like in Opera 12.x

It lacks the ability to view the cache, while in Google Chrome the opportunity existents.

How does one view the cache in Chrome?

chrome://cache/

According to features and amenities it did not quite live up to the Opera 12.

P.S. It is better to use, for example, the portable version of Opera 12.

When I type that in Chrome all I see is a list of visited websites. If I click the links I get a simple block of text thats basically useless. How is that more useful than Opera's History page?

Yeah, that looks like the exact same thing as chrome://cache/. Still pretty useless in my opinion though.

Seems to be just a list of what is cached.

When you first run it hit F9 to change the directory to Opera. There is a button that will display that will specifically change it to Opera's directory.
