When you first run it hit F9 to change the directory to Opera. There is a button that will display that will specifically change it to Opera's directory.

Yeah, that looks like the exact same thing as chrome://cache/. Still pretty useless in my opinion though.

Seems to be just a list of what is cached.

If I click the links I get a simple block of text thats basically useless. How is that more useful than Opera's History page?

According to features and amenities it did not quite live up to the Opera 12.

P.S. It is better to use, for example, the portable version of Opera 12.
