How do I display menus that update removed?

Opera 30.0.1835.88
Windows 7 Pro

Recent update took away my file menu, the one that has words instead of icons, the one that lets me directly click on the word that says what I want to do such as file/open, file/save etc.

You removed it in the past. I always figured out how to get it back. I can't fine it now.
Please help me. This is almost a deal breaker for me. This is one of the reasons I avoid some other browsers.

They are all still located in the Opera menu, they are just in different places. That said, you can not go back to the old look because this Opera shares no code with the old Opera. There is no old menu to go back to.
