Cannot get right click context menu on bookmark folders.

As the title states after the update I can no longer right click on bookmark folders to open all in new tab or the like.

Folders where? Quick access bar or Bookmarks manager? If manager, then left or right panel?

The folders in the "my folders" section. In the main window not the side panel.

After you upgrade.Bookmarks --- my folders are now empty--- imported bookmarks is empty!How to fix???
