1. Open on start page - fixed pages not open
2. Continie I left off - fixed pages open but dont autorun, and other pages open too
3. Open specific pages - fixed pages open but its not fixed! and its dont autorun

I fix page slack.com. Restart Opera. page "slack.com" open, but its not already fixed, and I start to get notices from slack.com if oly I click to page

What does 'fixed' mean? Its typical usage in English is something that does not move (fixed in place) or something that was broken but was repaired (the door was broken but I fixed it). Do you mean the page does not load? Do you have "Delay loading of background tabs" enabled?

There is no way currently to open Opera only with pinned tabs besides closing Opera with only those tabs opened.
