I sure have had no issues and really like '37'. Darned glad I kept the Install File ! [Needed it in a recent HD install and format]

The issue is probably in making the x64 build and not in the build itself.

You could download it anyway but not the one for the current build as it doesn't exist.

Gotta admit I don't completely understand a lot of this stuff, but whatever 'installer' I downloaded, AND KEPT, for '37, 64 bit, experimental' works just great. Yielding my current default browser : 37.0.2163.0, The Grey "O" !!! Running it on both my computer and my wife's....

I suggest you install x64 build as standalone version

this way you can have clean install and separate profile folders (in standalone install, profile folder is in installation folder where you installed Opera)
otherwise, x64 and x86 builds share profile folder
on windows, without changing anything, that is C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software
