Install Opera 30+ in custom location

Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit.
I'd like to install Opera in a custom folder and not in the default Program Files (x86) which is just giving me an error, whether I "Run as Administrator" or just do a regular install. Is there a command line installation that I could use to enter the installation path?
I'm tired of downloading different versions, installing, uninstalling, cleaning out the registry...
I just want to install in a directory \Tools\ with the rest of my web stuff and not see "Opera Internet Browser has stopped working." again.
Thanks! -

Click on Options in the installer. If you're choosing a non-standard path you may also want to choose a "Standalone install" where the user settings are stored in the same folder instead of the default location. (Sorry, I don't know commandline options for the installer - it probably can be done, but I don't know.)
