Clean profile refers to a new install or new profile.

Back up your browser's auxiliary folders - the profile one mostly - and reinstall the browser OR delete the backed up folder(s) (or simply rename it/them) so that the browser would create (a) new one/s.
Then see if your problem(s) persist/s or something...

A clean profile means that which the browser creates upon the install usually, i.e. it's the initial, default one - with no custom bookmarks (created by the user), all the settings unchanged... It's like "restart the race".
Don't you forget to back the things up first!

Shut down the browser before renaming or deleting the folder(s). Then restart it.

ok..thanks...will try that...it's so random though...sometimes fine...sometimes not.
