"Manual" Opera link. Is this possible?

Hi, I've been using Opera for years and I've grown very used to simplicity and smooth functionality of Opera Link. It saddens me that Opera did not survive on the market but inability to sync my myriad search engines and notes will be a very practical, immediate issue for me.
Is there a way to manually imitate Opera Link's functionality? Can I simply copy settings files from my basic installation to any new one I'll make in the future? Would something like that be possible? If so, which files would I need to transfer?

It would depends on what you are trying to imitate. Opera Blink has a sync feasture.

Yes, this is possible. Just make sure that you are using the same version to avoid issues.

See http://help.opera.com/opera/Windows/1918/en/solutions.html#backup

Thank you
Unfortunately, the new "Opera" doesn't even support the things I need to transfer here so it's not an option. Vivaldi should be up and going properly in no time (it's already great), so there is home on the horizon for all the Opera orphans.EDIT:
Unfortunately, info provided on that site doesn't really match the last Opera version, however it was useful enough to backup most things. I'm not sure only about search words, or howevers it's properly used, though my notes are secure for sure.
