Double bookmarks

Sometimes my Opera sync same bookmark again so I have lots of double (sometimes even more) same bookmarks. It doesnt sync all boomarks again but only some. Its some known issue or what can I do with that?

Oh, I hope they will not mess it up somewhere, when they will be fixing it, cause Im actually using duplicate bookmarks, I have there some identical webpages bookmarked in different folders for organizational reasons.
It would be great if they implemented some feature, which will tell you how many times you have this specific webpage in bookmarks, and where they are located.

They are doing some tests in the developer channel.
