I don't mind the new logo. A little something fresh. But of course opinions will differ.
rjsdndgod, I'm assuming that you were exaggerating for a somewhat humorous effect. If not, please seek medical and/or spiritual help immediately. Seriously. vs. is not worth hurting yourself over.

For those who are interested, there's a blog post describing the process of designing the new logo, including a video showing the evolution of the red O over the years, here: (http://blogs.opera.com/news/2015/10/getting-the-o-right-visual-process-behind-opera-rebranding/).

You have got to be kidding me...
I nearly puked
I think I might have to find another browser.
I am legitimately having thoughts of suicide because of the fact that I'm forced to switch browsers.
You guys have honestly just about ruined my life.
There is no way I will be able to wake up in the morning
What a [expletive deleted]Are you really serious?! With all the major issues and trade-offs out there in browserland (or the world at large, for that matter), you can get this worked up over just a free-software icon?? O.O Some deep breathing exercises for you seem in order here - plus a walk outside in the fresh air.

Cooking my spaghetti, I found it forming "O" with the geometrical form of the old one and topology of the new one. The colour was spaghetti though*;)*

That should be the least of the problems. If Firefox wasn't even worse than Opera, I would go back. But it's worse.
How do I add a new Speed Dial?
The 'Other Speed Dials' doesn't work.
Neither does (as noted elsewhere) the 'choose your picture!' option when bookmarking on Speed Dial.

Correction.
Just took a closer look at the entity in question: I'd thought it was a Möbius, but it's just a ring. So I ate the spaghetti*:P*
