Opera can't display some symbols

First one is from Mozilla Firefox, second below is Opera. There's some symbol in front of the text, but Opera displays it as square/unknown.
What do I have to do in order to display those symbols properly in Opera browser?

Opera menu > Page > Encoding and make sure you have the right one selected. Also, can you link the page its on?

You could copy and paste the text - even if you don't have the right characters the codes should be copied properly.

In Ole Opera it's Preferences > Web-pages.

There are some fairly basic font settings in Settings > Browser > Display, Customize fonts, or just opera://settings/fonts if you prefer.

Fonts there are set all by default... and encoding is Unicode (UTF-8)
