y question is will they implement all those features or not?
Sorry but i don't think you/we will get an answer. Users don't know and Opera employees usually don't comment about what they will add or not.
Download dialog with "Run" button
This one i really don't think will come back, it's being removed from all major browsers nowadays.

You can create folders for each speed dial position, so can keep a lot more on the speed dial, and yet not take up the whole page, so as to make the art worthless. Instead, you can display a lot and the themes still look great. I think the new speed dial in Opera Blink (now in Opera 29) is much better than the dial in Presto. Still, there's always room for improvements . . .
Themes are useless and I used themes only because you have to use one. Folders are useless too. If you want to save lots of sites then use bookmarks or tab stacking is good for it too.
I agree users ought to be able to hide if they don't want it, but it takes up so little space, it's, maybe, (smile) not worth complaining about. Many users might find it useful.
Wow! Ok why all new Opera worshipers complaning about old Opera because it has soooo many integrated features? Now you worshiping same integrated stuff and talking about inovations... arent you stupid?
Then try a bookmarks extension, like Chrookmarks for Chrome. I still find that extension great (till Opera gets the bookmarks right). In event event, Opera is working on the native bookmarks, have made recent improvements, so I think they're moving in a direction where we will see further improvements.
Is there any extension that bypass Opera bookmarks system completely? I just need simple bookmark menu button with auto-sorted bookmarks in my !!!AND ONLY MY!!! folders.
Some people don't care about those features. As I said, there are other browsers that may offer that. So just enjoy all the possibilities, and chose the browser that's best for you. If you have stayed with Opera, as you have, my guess is that there are still some things you like with it.
Only thing I like about Opera is that old presto is still working. But sadly its starting to loosing power... even with SSD and high end desktop PC :(. And most sad about that is that there is no equal replacement. I dont care about lots of stuff but it doesnt mean it will be deleted/destroyed/banned...

That is not correct because only Chrome is only major browser that dont support that feature...

I guess guess still thinks Internet Explorer is a valid choice for a web browser and that other browsers should try to emulate it. lol.

Well, i also don't see it on Firefox and Spartan/Edge.
You can add this to Firefox by extension OpenDownload². I dont have Spartan/Edge so I cant check it but its still beta software so it can be changed.

Sorry but that comment is a bit harsh. All I'm reading on this thread are some helpful suggestions and you have to go and be rude all because they might not be the answers you were looking for! Also just because some people actually like the new Opera (myself included), doesn't make us 'new Opera worshipers'. I've seen plenty of comments ranting about how terrible new Opera is but no-one 'complaning about old Opera'. If you want our help, be nice, especially when your comment was unprovoked.

AFAIK you can add it to Opera using Download Control by Christoph142.

According to tab stacking, I can tell you that you are definitely not the only one that want it back. Many users, even moderators, want it.

No problem. Just dont answer questions I didnt aks. Just simple "no, its not possible" or "yes, you can do it like this...". I dont want to know about different alternatives because its not what I was asking for. Also I dont want to know about "super" features that new opera have because I dont care and because its garbage features.

Well, i thought we were talking about native features.
Anyway, i'm not against such option but i think that press the "run" button, wait the file to download and see its contents or download the file, open it and see its contents is not that different.
And the second scenario brings the advantage of not take the risky of having a file opening while you are doing something and also people will know where the file is.

If you open the file before you download it, there may be a greater risk of virus or other infection. At least, I've heard this asserted as a reason for downloading first before opening. That would give you virus program a chance to analyze the file and warn you if there's a problem. I would defer to experts on whether this is true.

For the "run" behavior: Why should I care where are files downloaded if I just need to view them? Important thing is they are stored somewhere where they will be deleted so I dont need to worry about it any more.
Being interupted with downloaded file is advantage because you know your file is ready.

How can you open file before you download it? What a waste of time with downloading and why do we need high speed internet if you can just open files without downloading... Sorry but I just dont get it. Anyway, greater risk? Driving car is also danger so why do people still driving? Maybe driving should be banned...
Please give us freedom of choice and stop dictating your opinions to us we have brain and we can choice on our own.
why do you care about others so much? If they do something wrong its their problem - broken OS, deleted data etc.
Its reminds me when I wanted to run linux as root without password. Linux users treat with me like Im holding live nuke.

I didn't quite say it right. If you run/execute a file before you've given your virus and/or malware program a chance to check it, you may well be more likely to get an infection.

Of course if you're confident about the source, that takes most of the concern away. It's just in general, I get the sense it's safer to download and save the file first first, and check the file -- at least if you have any reason to be uncertain about it -- before you run it.

Disk space and privacy, for example.
Important thing is they are stored somewhere where they will be deleted so I dont need to worry about it any more.
That's the point, you don't know if they will be deleted nor when they will be deleted.
With Opera Prestro i used to find very old files in its temp download folder. In fact the files used to stay there until i delete them.
Even on Windows' temp folder sometimes i find some old files.
Being interupted with downloaded file is advantage because you know your file is ready.
Not for me, and for sure not hours later when you probably have already forget about the file.

How about you being polite to people for taking the time to respond to you, even if they give you extra information you don't want? The tone in your posts is still sounding rude imo.

If you want to know useless informations its not my problem but yours. Question >>> Answer... everything not related is useless. Im polite I just said that complaining about old Opera for lots of integrated features and then celebrate new Opera for same reason is dumb.
But dont worry I will not be here too long. I almost finished Firefox transformation to Operas look and features (presto Opera of course). Tabs stacking is the final feature I need (and some minor stuff that is not so important) and it will be done. Anyway developers are not willing to implement some features so new Opera is not interesting to me.
