How to custom the extension icon order on the top-right ?

They are ordered by the order in which they were installed. Change the install order and there you go.

Yes, I knew that cludge! However, if I install another extension later one cannot choose where it is positioned and it will have to be done all over again. Hmmm.

Someone once posted a guide on how to change it by editing a file.

There was also a previous discussion titled "Opera 29 Address Bar Extension Icons" a week ago.

You might want to look at that.

The problem with deleting extensions and re-adding them, is that you will lose any customization that you may have done for that extension.

Thanks. I had seen that and followed the discussion but it's all rather too technical for me. I'll have to wait for drag and drop implementation.
