Why is my Bookmarks importer tool disabled?

On one computer, using v17 Next, I imported bookmarks as expected and they show up nicely in Quick Access Bar. When v17 went stable I copied the profile and everything worked fine. On the second computer, I've just installed v17 stable and the importer is for some reason disabled. What happened to it? Can I enable it?

Do you have Opera 12.16 (or other Opera Presto) installed on the default directory?

If so, you can try launching Opera with the command "--presto-small-prefs-dir=ROAMING_PROFILE_DIR' " replancing ROAMING_PROFILE_DIR with the path to Opera Presto's profile folder.

Note that it may erase your Opera Blink profile so use only if you want to start a new one.
