Delete old build folder on update?

Every time there is an Opera update.. it creates a separate folder for that specific build.
Is there a way to stop it?.. or maybe delete on next browser restart?

BTW I'm on portable mode of Opera_27.0.1689.76

You can manually delete the older folders without problems. They are just there for safety so your settings aren't destroyed during the update process.

Nope. As said you can delete the folder manually.

yeah I have been manually deleting them.. Opera runs just fine.
So I was looking for something automatic. Thanks anyways

It will delete the previous to that folder on its own generally - if it's not in use of course. It can't delete files and folders that are in use.
