The subject of this post is the 'print' version of email exchanges in Yahoo! Mail: http://i.imgur.com/LC48mrv.png
It presents the user with an HTML version of a particular email exchange (all received and sent messages with a particular individual), and the page is in the form of a pop-up. Now, this is the crazy part. Right-clicking and clicking 'Source' does absolutely nothing and File -> Save As saves absolutely nothing...

Maybe as a screen shot using some screen grabbing software ?, if the conversations are not too long and can be contained in a single screen area. otherwise more than one screen grab will be needed.
Just a thought...

If you are using the real Opera with its own rendering engine, try to install this custom button:
Click on the "Save snapshot" link and install the custom button.
Go to Preferences - Downloads - Add... -
Mime-type - insert: text/phf
File extensions - insert: htm
Action: Save to disk
Install custom button on the toolbar. Try to use "Save snapshot" button to save Yahoo! Mail's content.

If the content is generated by javascript - if there is no address in the address bar - then that is expected.
"Save snapshot" button should help to save a web-page with a Javascript-generated content

Well, I'll give it another shot. sgunhouse, do you mind editing the 'Presto' out of the title of this thread, so that it gets more views: https://forums.opera.com/topic/6940/very-serious-issue-with-opera/9
It turns out I made an error and I was not talking about Presto.
