Opera not starting maximized

You need to edit the file while Opera is closed. Forgot to mention it, sorry.

No, I know. I tried it this way on purpose. I probably said it wrong anyway. It's obviously writing the preferences file correctly, but it's not detecting if the browser is maximized correctly, but will read the file correctly and apply it, lol. I'm guessing it's just a regular ol' bug? Is there a special place to report something like this? Or does Opera read through the forums and fix things they see?

I found a Preferences file in:
C:\Users[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Next

But the section posted above is not there at all.

I just stuffed my preferences file up trying to do it.

I had to redo all my settings again.
