"Yet" is pretty much unfounded speculation, Opera's lack of features is reflective of what America has become, a dumbed down society and that's who Opera targets as thier main users, You want configurablity and options, forget it. Fortunately for me, I'm happy with the browser I chose, and If Opera gets thier act together I wont rule out giving it a try again.

i really do hope that's not final from Opera, were my favorites for years now..
and does anybody know hot to transfer ALL bookmarks from opera 12 to 25? -

Having been an Loyal opera user from the beginning I find it bizarre to have gotten rid of the bookmarks folder and a way to manage and import it. ByeBye opera hello Firefox.

removing that new speed dial would be important, and changing browser theme not background lol that sounds kinda americanish lol change theme changes background..and double click shoud open new window..and speed dial windows should change places with each other, like in older opera, older then 12 i think, this way it's hard to adjust speed dial windows..much easier was before..
address bar DOWN is most important if u ask me.
coldwinters has it rigth.
This way nothing is much customizable at all. You have some things to choose and decide what You like most. BULLSHIT or SRANJE in my own language! -

then what for is manage search engine in settings? That rigth upper search is for looking trough speed dial windows, and default one is not changeable. In opera 12 it was possible to change search engines so I had 2 different.

and how to make that browser doesn't remember my searches? i cannot find that in settings..i see that there is option to clear browsing data and new private window but not that. Simple option not to remember what I was searching?
Opera is really trying to find solutions click and play so You don't need to think much but it limits some options that way, for ppl that doesn't bother to think

You can change the default search but you need to choose one of the pre-defined ones.

ok so i took more time to learn, i see that you cannot change default google but you can change search engine in address bar and you cannot add new but you can use those that are made to be default ones. If you add new sear it can only be used if you use keyword before search input. So again one less option. Damn man I just find more and more reasons to dislike this version. I'll just try to fix opera 12, i was satisfied with it only lately it opens pages very slowly and doesn't work good with some.

and i can't make ebay for my alternate search and that was easy done before..i was browsin a bit around this forum and I see lot's of ppl complaining, let's hope they will make opera useful as before.
