What is it? What logical reason would 'ctrl z' be removed?
Already discussed a lot: Ctrl + Shift + T is the standard for opening last closed tab on (almost) all (major) browsers.
Ctrl-Z was - and still is - Undo, but in old Opera that included undo closing a tab.
