Blank pages in Opera 12.16

There are a number of sites I use regularly, where Opera displays the page briefly, and then erases the entire screen. Examples include:

nab.com.au
gio.com.au

With NAB I can click the login button if I'm fast enough (or use F5 to refresh the screen, while the cursor is sitting in the approximate position). Login then opens in a new tab and all's well. With GIO the only way out is to use Firefox.

Is this fixable in Opera 12, or will I have to upgrade to 23?

Both are ok for me in 11.63.

I seem to recall seeing this sort of behavior if a page tried to load blocked content ... don't see any ads though (on NAB) so not sure what would be blocked.

Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Content > Blocked Content

Thanks for that. Adding the Blocked Content for NAB fixed that site. GIO however only stays on screen for about 5 seconds. How do I find out what else needs to be bocked?

The js script in your last post seems to have fixed GIO. I'll have a play with Dragonfly.
