When activated it, still plays everywhere only in flash player. Only helps flash disable. Please fix it

It happens due to a (temporary) fix that Opera needed to add because Youtube was sending wrong information, what was causing html5 videos to not work correctly.

I don't know if YT already fixed it.

As leo mentioned already, it's a browserjs-patch.
I updated your bug (DNA-21971) so it gets checked if the patch is still needed

Why? If you don't want HTML5 then you should be able to tell YouTube not to send it.
