Hi, I just reimaged my Surface Pro 11 and then installed Opera web browser. I started getting notifications from allaboutfinance.org. I have never gone to this site and find it odd after a new install I'm getting notifications from this site. Before reimaging my computer I had been using Opera and never got notifications from this site. I find this very odd. Anyone have thoughts on this? I did go back and uninstalled Opera (verified it was downloaded from the official Opera site). Installed the version in the MS store. The site is not white listed for notification this time.

@jimma Just installed Opera here and no site is in the allowed list for notifications.

Most probably you have accidentally enabled notifications for that page. Or it could be something related to an extension.
