<![CDATA[why was this site white listed after fresh install: allaboutfinance.org]]>Hi, I just reimaged my Surface Pro 11 and then installed Opera web browser. I started getting notifications from allaboutfinance.org. I have never gone to this site and find it odd after a new install I'm getting notifications from this site. Before reimaging my computer I had been using Opera and never got notifications from this site. I find this very odd. Anyone have thoughts on this? I did go back and uninstalled Opera (verified it was downloaded from the official Opera site). Installed the version in the MS store. The site is not white listed for notification this time.

Most probably you have accidentally enabled notifications for that page. Or it could be something related to an extension.
