        scoped_dir folders in the temp folders are for downloads. So, it's something that you downloaded or Opera downloaded automatically (due to some type of drive-by download or some extension you have installed). Something to investigate.

        What was the filename for the file in the scoped_dir folder?

          @burnout426 When I visit "\Local\temp folder, there isn't any "scoped_dir".

          Only when I open the opera browser, this warning pops up but not for Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser.

          Confirm it's from Opera browser.

            @EdgeMoov Could be a false positive, but can't tell without seeing the file that your AV quarantines. It could be coming from one of your extensions at the URL opera://extensions. You can remove one, restart Opera, remove another, restart Opera etc. to see if it stops happening.

            Do you get the notice if you run a test standalone installation of Opera?
