I have reported and download latest version released on 6 Aug 2026, but still have this pop up.</p>
<p dir="auto">When I use Chrome, this notification didn't pop up.</p>

It could be coming from one of your extensions at the URL <code>opera://extensions</code>. You can remove one, restart Opera, remove another, restart Opera etc. to see if it stops happening.</p>
<p dir="auto">Do you get the notice if you run a test <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/operabrowser/wiki/opera/new_profile/#wiki_standalone_installation" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">standalone installation</a> of Opera?</p>

<p dir="auto">Only when I open the opera browser, this warning pops up but not for Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser.</p>
<p dir="auto">Confirm it's from Opera browser.</p>

So, it's something that you downloaded or Opera downloaded automatically (due to some type of drive-by download or some extension you have installed).  Something to investigate.</p>
<p dir="auto">What was the filename for the file in the scoped_dir folder?</p>
