[Duplicated]Clicking on the active tab 2 times no longer scrolls down to a previous position

Before recent updates the feature to scroll to the top of the page by clicking the active tab no longer saves the previous position it was in.
What I expected to happen:

1. Click the active tab
2. Instant scroll to the top of the page
3. Click active tab again
4. Instant scroll back to the previous position before the first scroll to the top

Now clicking the active tab again does not work. It was a very handy feature. Example: you scrolled way down and need to quickly check something on the top of the page and then you want to go back again immediately by clicking on the tab again. Now it only takes you to the top. Clicking it again does nothing now. Very sad
