      Hello Opera Support,

      I paid for an Opera Neon subscription, but my subscription has not been activated on my Opera account yet.

      Amount paid: 19.90 USD
      Payment method: [Visa

      I have already tried logging out and logging back in, but the subscription is still not active.

      Please help me

          Did you confirm the activation in your email? To activate Opera Neon, you need to click a link in an email you get sent in the signup process.

              @Sadeeem Clicking the link in the email? If you've clicked the link in the email sent to you after signing up, have your tried signing in to auth.opera.com and confirming that your Neon subscription is there? I am sorry for the lateness of my reply but I am actually part of the community team and not the support team. If we can't solve this now, I'm going to have to ask you to email neon@support.opera.com tomorrow.

              But I know that the process is:

              1. You sign up.
              2. You pay for the subscription.
              3. You register an Opera account.
              4. You click the activation link in your email.
              5. You download the Opera Neon app from a link in the email or from a download link on our auth.opera.com on your Neon subscription page.

              Now Neon should be active and you should be logged in. I must confess I haven't seen the specific error message that you're displaying so I'm going to log this as a bug/error with the support org. Hopefully they will get to you a bit earlier than the regular support team.

              I'm really sorry you've run into this problem.

                @Sadeeem Same here. I first tried to subscribe while logged out. I received the activation link in the email, but the link led me to the page shown in your screenshot. I then tried to subscribe while logged in, from the auth.opera.com Subscription page. I was charged the second time, but the page indicated that the link was invalid. No activation email was sent to my inbox. On the auth.opera.com Subscription page, it's still the blue "Get It" button that leads me to the Link payment page. Link blocks a third payment, saying I'm already subscribed to the product — yet nothing appears in my Opera account.

                Besides, I logged in and out three times before I could turn on synchronisation in the basic Opera browser. I wasn't even able to set a handle name for this forum after multiple login attempts — no error message, no nothing, just zero response after I hit the Confirm button.

                Am I this lucky that my first visit to the Opera site happened when it was going crazy?
